Blog1:The original versions
Dessert House
Player Setup: 1 Witch and 3-4 Kids
Story Design: Just like in the Dessert House, the kids are drawn to this magical place by delicious treats. However, upon entering, they realize they cannot escape. They need to defeat the Witch to break free, while the Witch aims to devour all the kids.
PVE Mode: The map is divided into two layers.
Layer One: This layer is filled with various terrains.
Chocolate Area: The warm chocolate gradually melts, creating spots that sink like quicksand.
Frosting Area: Frosting slowly drips from above, covering the players and slowing their movements.
Cream Area: Cream bursts out in projectiles, requiring players to dodge.
Special Layer - Dungeon (Oven Hell): Players caught by the Witch don’t die immediately; instead, they fall into the dungeon. The lighting is very dim, but it gradually brightens over time (the oven heating up). Players must navigate a maze-like dungeon to find the correct exit within a time limit. If they fail to escape in time, they will be baked into cookies and eaten. If all players fall into the dungeon, they cannot escape, and the Witch wins.
**Hot Zone**: Special terrains include the thick chocolate area and the crispy biscuit area.
**Chocolate Area**: Beware of the scorching chocolate lava. The chocolate area is divided into two terrains:
1. **Melting Hell**: Due to the high temperature, the chocolate becomes highly unstable. When players stand on the melted chocolate terrain, their movement slows down, and they attract monsters. Staying in this area for too long will continuously drain HP.
2. **Erupting Chocolate Lava**: The ground occasionally erupts with hot chocolate lava, similar to small volcanic vents. Touching it will cause HP loss.
**Crispy Biscuit Area**:
Above the chocolate lava lies a ground formed by delicious biscuits. However, they seem to be overbaked and will crumble with the slightest step. There are some areas that require jumping, and the biscuit ground will break after being stepped on.
**Basic Puzzle Mechanism**:
Players need to be able to push objects, such as using a box as a stepping tool to reach higher places. (Optional: Since it's a chocolate area, I hope some roadblocks are made of hard chocolate that can only be melted by pulling a flamethrower-like mechanism to heat them up.)
**Monsters**:
- **Toffee**: Two attack modes:
1. In its round form, it charges up for a powerful impact.
2. In its high-temperature form, it shoots hot filling bullets.
- **Biscuit Guard**: Made of crispy biscuits, it can shoot chocolate beans from its body.
